PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY

I desire to glorify God by encouraging and equipping everyone to follow Jesus. I believe this is best done when we develop a community in which the body of Christ is devoted to the preaching of the Word, prayer, fellowship, the breaking of bread, worship, giving, and evangelism (Acts 2:42ff.). Each church should strive to be a loving community where people feel safe to open themselves up to God’s transforming power as the body of Christ encourages and equips each believer to use their gifts and fulfill God’s calling for their life.
